2. Terms

2.1 These are the Terms that govern your use of Applicantz when you apply for a position advertised by businesses seeking applicants for their job vacancies (“Our Customers”).

2.2 By using Applicantz to apply for a position, you warrant that you are not in any way prohibited by law to enter into these Terms.

2.3 You agree that the information you provide is accurate and honest and:

2.3.1 does not impersonate any other individual;
2.3.2 is not unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing or racially or ethnically offensive;

2.3.3 does not facilitate illegal activity; and
2.3.4 does not infringe upon any intellectual property laws.

2.4 We reserve the right to conduct verification and security procedures with regard to any information you provide to us.

2.5 We are under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate either Our Customers or any position advertised by Our Customers and we expressly exclude our liability for any loss or damage to you arising from the identity of Our Customers or any position advertised by Our Customers.

3.2 As set out in our Privacy Notice, we process your personal data as a service to Our Customers. We deal with your personal data only in accordance with the express instructions of Our Customers and it is Our Customers that carry the responsibility for ensuring that your personal data is handled and processed properly and in accordance with data protection laws.
